How we built the Aroma Cafetero brand concept around a simple truth: the best coffee is the one made your way.

We partnered in the creation and conceptualization of Aroma Cafetero, a brand dedicated to commercializing coffee, brewing methods, and equipment for coffee-based beverages.

The challenge was to develop an authentic, approachable, and relevant brand identity within a category where most brands focus on technicalities, but few connect through personal experience.

Aroma Cafetero was born as a new brand in the coffee universe and needed to define its voice, positioning, and communication territory.

The category was saturated with specialized jargon about extraction methods, flavor profiles, and brewing techniques—often alienating the everyday consumer.

The brand needed to find a different way to talk about coffee: more approachable, less pretentious, and deeply human.

The ultimate goal was to build a creative concept capable of connecting with both coffee aficionados and everyday people who simply enjoy a good cup, their own way.

During our brand workshop, we analyzed real conversations around coffee and uncovered a powerful insight: many people feel that the coffee world can become overly complex—even intimidating—due to “experts” and rigid rules on how coffee should be brewed.

While discussing brewing methods, we landed on a simple yet profound truth:

There is no single “best” brewing method.

Because the best coffee is the one made your way.

This insight became the conceptual cornerstone of the brand.

From there, we developed a communication territory centered on authenticity, personal enjoyment, and the freedom to experience coffee with no strings attached.

The Creative Process

We created an approachable, authentic, and contemporary brand, capable of connecting with people through real experiences rather than technical complexity.

This concept paved the way for a brand narrative focused on celebrating the unique tastes, rituals, and ways each individual enjoys their coffee.

Aroma Cafetero successfully positioned itself as a brand that brings the coffee world closer to everyone, marketing coffee, equipment, and brewing experiences through a highly accessible and emotional language.

Rather than preaching about perfect methods, the brand began talking about moments, personality, and authenticity.
