Gran Plaza is a Colombian shopping center chain that sought to revamp its brand messaging. The goal was to create a more inclusive narrative where all audiences could feel part of something bigger.

To achieve this, we leveraged our IKIGAI framework—a tool that helps us structure and organize the brand’s core philosophy, providing clear direction and focus for its communication.

We developed a concept that fosters a deeper connection between the brand and its people. It is an inclusive narrative that resonates with everyone: from Pactia’s employees, partners, and suppliers, all the way to the everyday visitors of the shopping centers. Ultimately, it is a concept that emotionally conveys the core brand belief.
